Used fluting pliers to straighten the wing ribs. It is pretty amazing how the ribs transform from banana shaped to straight during the process. I loosely followed this video --> https://youtu.be/jqNoVAQLo0M . It doesn't take long to get a feel for it. Once I finished what is shown in the video, I set the entire rib on the table and tweaked it here and there until I was happy.
I also deburred all the holes in the ribs, and although I don't think it is necessary, I deburred any edges that will touch the covering fabric. -- Randy S. told me I would over analyze it, and he was probably right. His advice was "just build the damn thing!"
