rerouted heater hose to other side of engine using new right angle connectors from Spruce. Happy with it now, it is away from exhaust pipes and throttle linkage without the need for elaborate bracing and heat shield.
Made some brackets to assist with the cuttinf of the top of the baffles. Read about this on the forums.
