1. Located all parts and removed the blue protective film 2. Countersunk control horns for flush rivets 3. Deburred all AST parts 4. Primed all internal parts 5. Riveted the control horns to the end AST ribs 6. Cut and drilled the hinge material using the supplied drill guide. Messed up the holes on one piece and I ordered an additional piece of hinge material. That piece was to be used later on the Horizontal stabilizer so it didn't impact the day's progress. 7. Riveted the skin to the top of the AST ribs. 8. Riveted the AST spar to the top skin 9. Riveted the bottom skin to the AST ribs 10. Riveted hinge to bottom skin and AST spar
