I also added gussets to the outer back corners of the elevators. Air cam added anti twist plates to the inside portion of the elevators, but the outer seemed week, so I beefed them up also. If you copy my idea, make sure to temporaily install teh leading edge fairing on the elevator so that you can drill through it also as noted in pictures 2 and 3.
