Center punched the four corners of the hinge bolt reinforcing plates EL-005. Set the plates with the bolts and drilled out to #40, then to #29.Then set the nut plates and drilled to #40. Riveted the nut plates with CCR274SS-3-02. Then riveted the plates to the spar with AVEX 1661-0410 rivets.
