After 2 weeks of letting the tanks sit 1/2 half full with fuel, no leaks so I decided to seal the lids on and wait another 2 weeks. I will then top the tanks off and see if they leak but I doubt it. I took the extra time and money in PRC to do it right and not rush. Manuel says all can be PRC and put together in 2 hour for 2 tanks, Impossible. Take your time, use one tube at a time and don't rush. Seal the inside seams with extra tubes of PRC and you wont be sorry.
Took 1 hour to prep the lids and 1.5 hours to seal and rivet each tank lid.
Also wrap everything you will use with plastic and then wrap that with masking tape. After working with PRC cut off the tape and your r rivet gun, caulk gun and cleco wrench will be clean.
