Talked with Lockwood about the drilling of every other hole, this does not work. One side ends up uneven. I drilled out all holes to #40, then #29. Will need more rivets. Drilled out 3 holes to 7/32 on covers for riv nuts but to tight. Lockwood say use a #2 instead. Completed all steps except the rivets. I will wait till corrosion protection is complete.
