Assembled as depicted. Found my WI-028, and WI-029 was missing the bottom pilots holes but no problem. Just drilled a new one. Got my tensioning rib set with a 3/16” bow in it. one page says use the WI-104, and on page 2-30 it say use a AN365-428. I called Lockwood and now the WI-104 is correct so I installed this on both and backed it up with the lock nut.
