Brief Description: intall 4th rib and componets

Instlled the bolts through both HS-006 wire attachment brackets. Drilled out to #19 and the added 4th rib againt 5th rib and drilled out to #29. Completed for both rear and front spar and both left and right.

4th rib clecoed to 5th #29 holes
