Temporarily positioned and bolted left and right steps to bulkhead and outboard step attach angles. Match drilled 1/4" the inboard hole of the left and right step into the bulkhead and inboard attach angles. Removed the steps. Sealed the openings in the left and right steps with fuel tank sealant. Removed the bulkhead and the left and right step attach anglesfrom the fuselage. Temporarily bolted the nutplate brackets to the step attach angles and bulkhead. Alighned the nutplate brackets, as directed, on the left and right step attach angles. Match drilled #30 the two holes of the bulkhead and step attach angles into the nutplate brackets. Disassembled and deburred the bulkhead, step attach angles, nutplate brackets. Primed step attach angles.
