Finished clecoing Vertical Stabilizer Main Skin to Skeleton. Riveted Main Skin to V-Stab Skeleton. Screwed forward skin to nutplates at the front of V-Stab Assembly. Bolted Upper Hinge Assembly to V-Stab Assembly. Tied Lower Hinge Assembly to V-Stab Assembly, for installation later. Did not tape Lower Hinge Assembly hardware to V-Stab Assembly. Section 6: Vertical Stabilizer complete.
