Brief Description: Prepared Conterbalance Weight and Rib
I matched the forward tooling hole of the counterbalance weight with that of the counterbalance rib. I then match drilled the front and back tooling holes in both components. Once they were match drilled I deburred the holes in the counterbalance rib and used the pnuematic squeezer and the #10 screw dimple dies and dimpled both of the tooling holes. I then machine countersunk the corresponding holes in the counterbalance weight to a #10 countersunk screw.
