Brief Description: Dimpled, Deburred and Prepped left Elevator
I deburred the edges of all skins, spars, ribs and other parts of the left elevator assembly. I fitted all skeletal structure components together and clecoed the skeleton to the left elevator skin. I final drilled the assembly and took it apart. I then deburred all holes.
I used the pnuematic squeezer to dimple all stiffeners, rib flanges, spar, and the outside holes of the right elevator skin to #40.
I primed the contact side of the stiffeners with NAPA 7220 self-etching primer.
