Brief Description: Back Riveted Stiffeners to Rudder Skins
I back-riveted all rudder stiffeners to the inside of both rudder skins. Using a sliding sleeve back-rivet set and about 50 psi made for really nice shop heads and smooth flush rivets.
I then used the double edge manual deburring tool to take the rough edges off of both rudder skins and finished smoothing the edges with the Scotch-Brite wheel and emory cloth.
