Brief Description: Vertical Stabilizer Deburr, Drill and Countersink
Deburred edges of the rear spar doubler with the "Scotch-Brite" wheel. Used a 2" hole saw to drill the two lower lightening holes. I used a 1" Scoth-Brite grinding wheel and die grinder to deburr and smooth the 2" lightening holes. I then drilled five 3/4" lighteng holes with a step drill, deburred and emory clothed all lightening holes.
I deburred the edges of the rear spar with the Scotch-Brite wheel and deburred all final drilled holes in the rear spar, rear spar doubler and hinge brackets. I then counter-sunk the front side of the lower 22 spar-doubler to rear spar rivet holes and dimpled the corresponding holes on the rear spar (#30).
