Continued to work on riveting the rear deck. My riveting partner, Nancy, got tied up on some other things tonight, so I kept looking for rivets I could get done solo. Started at the front end and worked toward the back until I ran out of arm length—again. Set the 10 rivets on the 882 canopy rail receptacle. Started riveting the deck to 807 bulkhead, but I don’t like the way the little tabs don’t lay flat against the skin. I need to find a way to push the tabs flat while bucking the rivets. Otherwise, the rivets tend to partially form between the skin and the bulkhead tab. Got another 50 or so rivets set for a total of 98. Still have approximately 177 remaining.
