Finished up the conduit installation in the tail area. I found a fuel tank pickup anti-rotation bracket in my scrap bin. I smoothed up the inside with a ¾” step bit. Then used a small sanding drum on my dremel to finish up. The hole is slightly larger than ¾” and the corregated conduit does not fit quite as tight as thru the other bulkheads, but it should be fine. I riveted the bracket onto the rear fuselage deck and installed the conduit. I was going to apply a bead of RTV around the conduit where it passes thru each bulkhead, but the RTV was too cold to squeeze out of the tube—brought it in the house and will try it again tomorrow.
