Finished up 14 rivets on the end rib. Had to drill one rivet out that set way proud. Reset without issue. Have one “problem” hole to go. The tab on the rib flange (second rib from the end) does not lay flat and I can’t push it down and get the bar on it at the same time. Brad Oliver had a similar issue on one of his wings and he used a dab of JB Weld between the rib tab and the spar—clecoed together overnight and the next day it was good to go. I tried this method, but when I was fitting the skin, the clecoe I stuck in that particular hole popped the JB Weld loose. I intend to use a short piece of stiff rubber tubing to slide over the rivet to push the tab down and then drive the rivet. Will give that a shot tomorrow.
