Brief Description:  Aileron brackets & gap fairing

Cleaned aileron brackets with MEK, washed with Dawn soap, cleaned again with MEK and then primed them. Retrieved the ailerons and flaps from the “pile-o-parts”. Washed them with Dawn soap to remove the oil coating used for shipping. Removed right aileron fairing, deburred all holes on wing and fairing. Edge finished the fairing. Used pneumatic squeezer with 3/32” tank dies to dimple wing holes. Then dimpled fairing with 3/32” regular dies. Clecoed left aileron gap fairing to the left wing rear spar. Match reamed the skin side to #41 and reamed the spar side to #30.
