I removed the the #4 rear baffle, and match drilled the remaining holes using the doubler as a guide. With the doubler clecoed in place, I marked the back of the baffle, then cut the opening with my dremel, and followed up using a file. I clecoed everything back together and installed the baffle. Wow, the lower inboard nutplate sure looks close to the cylinder fins. Not sure this will work or not. I’ll have to do more investigation, maybe even put a rivet in the lower hole and run the bolt into the nutplate to see if it hits the fins. If so, I may be ordering new parts and trying to move the oil cooler 3/16” higher. UGG!
