Brief Description: Make ready to cut panel for Dynon
The old poster board on my panel had seen better times, so I removed it and replaced with new. I laid out the area to remove for the Dynon screen. I measured and re-measured a number of times—don’t want a screw up here. After everything marked and verified, I clamped a straight edge to the panel and scribed a line using a box cutter with a new blade. The box cutter was sharp enough to cut thru the poster board and the blue vinyl and leave a nice score in the aluminum. I marked and drilled the 4 corners and clamped the panel to the bench. About this time the UPS guy showed up with a package from Dynon. Woo-hoo, Christmas came early. Next up is to cut the panel.
