Brief Description:  R. Wing-proseal fuel sender

Countersunk the T-708 plate for the rivets that hold the 5 nut plates where the sender is bolted on. Added the nutplates and squeezed the rivets using a 4” no-hole yoke. Scuffed up all the mating surfaces and cleaned with MEK. Mixed up the toxic black sludge (proseal) and started by covering the nutplates for the sender. Next I ran a bead around the fuel pickup fitting and covered the bottom of the anti-rotation bracket. Shot a couple of Cherry Max rivets thru the end plate and the bracket. Tightened up the nut on the outside of the fuel pickup fitting. Buttered up the fuel sender and bolted it to the end plate. While I was doing this, Nancy was spreading proseal on the mounting surface of the end rib. She did a much neater job than I did on the other wing—guess she has more experience icing cakes! This made the prosealing task flow much better on this wing. Cleaned up all the tools—DONE with the proseal!
