I took a long piece of 1/4 tube and started bending it per the drawing. Bending, fitting, bending, fitting.
The wing interface fitting has a bend immediately after the nut and I couldn't make the bend soon enough to clear the angle, so I turned the fitting and made it come out at an angle. This gave a little more room for the bend up and over the ange.
