The rear spar didn't seem to go in far enough. I could see a gap between the end of the rear spar and the fuselage. After examining it, and looking on line at other guys work, and re-reading the drawing I discovered I did not "round" the edges of the fork coming out of the fuselage that accepts the rear spar. This fork interfers with the flange of the wing.
I could see the interference with a flashlight and mirror.
Darn it. I'll have to take this apart and start over. But not tonight.
Next day, I took off the wing I spent half a day putting on yesterday. Getting the pins out is a @$%^#(%.
I filed and sanded the inside of the forward fork where they interfere.
Then I put both wings on. Took a while, like a few hours, by myself.
