Brief Description:  Wing Mounting 1: Prepare

Well per plans it is time to mount the wing on the fuselage for some preliminary things that need to be done now. Then the wing will come off and I won't put it on again until at the airport for final assembly.

First I gotta do is remove the rotisserie stand and make a sturdy saw horse under the wing box to hold the fuselage level and secure.

Then I made a few small saw horses to hold the wings while I slide them into the fuselage.

I put some pipe insulation on the aileron push rods and wired them secure so they don't bang around during wing to body mating. I also had to move the pitot tubes so I just pushed them back into the wing.
