Brief Description: Front Deck (Tip Up) 2: Make Angles
I set up a fence on the drill press and drilled the holes right next to the angle. Then I used the cut off wheel to cut the slots. Finally I spent a bunch of time with files and sand paper making the cut out look good and feel smooth.
Then I located it on the panel. To locate it, I started on one edge. The two small angles have a hole that locate them on the ends. You can then locate the long angle relative to them.
One thing. Turns out the drawing even though it says "full scale" does not measure correctly.
