First I drilled a 1/8 hole. The enlarged it with step drill to 5/8. Then, I used my little nibler to cut out the whole hole. It works okay, but it puts little dents around edge so stay back from the line and sand to finish size.
I used 3/4 diameter drum sander to finish off holes.
