Next is to prepare the cargo bay ribs. First I drilled the 1 5/8 hole for the step. Drawing says 1 1/2 but that isn't big enough and plan says 1 5/8. I used this read hole cutter from the local hardware store. Works great. Better than fly cutter because you don't have to set the size. I drilled both sides for a step.
I only bought one step for the passenger side. I figure I'd just step up on wing. But, I'm going to order the other one. I think I better have a step on both sides.
