Brief Description: F-706 Bulkhead - Finish the flange cut outs
I smooth out the holes with a 1/2 inch drum sander. Works great. Makes a perfect shape and leaves the cut edge smooth. I found the front floor beams, clecoed those in place marked the flanges and cut out the same pieces on them. These floor beams don't go on now but there is a little note on upper left corner of drawing that says do these too.
Gotta read every note on the drawings and understand what it says. Don't skip over them.
