Brief Description: F-704 Bulkhead - Enlarge holes for bushings 2
I enlarge the holes in the wing spar web. First I did the one that had a pilot hole. Then I measured and marked the hole that didn't have a pilot. I measured per plan and marked the location. Then I used this little centering bit to start the hole. I bought this little centering bit from Grizzly. I got a set of 4 and these seem pretty good at putting the initial hole right on your crosshairs.
On hind thought I probably should have measured from the other side of the spare, but the holes seem in the right location. They look close to those adjacent rivet holes but I measured and they seem the same as the drawing distance, scaled up.
