Brief Description:  Bottom Skins - Debur and Smooth Edges 1

Almost done with the wings. I pick up the fuselage kit in about a month so I'm going to prepare the bottom skins for riveting. But I won't rivet them on until much later after wiring, servos, pitot systems are installed.

I had previously clecoed these onto the wing frame and match drilled the holes. But I have not deburred, nor made the scarf joint nor rolled the overlaping edge, nor dimpled.

I removed the blue stuff off the bottoms by rolling it off with a pipe.

I remove blue stuff in stripes on the top with soldering iron.

I debur the edges starting with the V-debur tool, and the file to remove large bumps, then hand sand and finally smooth with Scotchbrite wheel.
