Brief Description:  Ailerons - Cleco Skins Fix Issue

My brother said, "have you determined that if you take the clecoes out of the rib, the skin won't straighten?" No I hadn't. So I removed the clecoes around the skin to rib and sure enough the skin straightened and fit fine. The holes between skin and rib are off a little, probably because my bend is not exactly the same as the CAD model and so the holes miss alighn slightly. But after I clamped and match drilled them they all fit fine. You can see the photo below the holes mis aligns about 1/32 in. Match drilling, carefully, fixed this issue. I clamped the rib to skin with clecoe clamps and carefully drilled the holes at high speed with very little force so I wouldn't disturb the perfect trailing edge.
