Then I folded or bent the trailing edge curve. I got out my old bending boards, inserted the aileron and leaned on it. It bent the trailing edge. I hope not to tight. I measure about 3/32 radius. Pretty tight, but the straight sides seem straight all the way to the bend. And the top and bottom lay open the width of the spar, so I guess this is good. I've been reading about heavy wings and hands off flying and apparently these ailerons are a critical part. They need to be the same. They need a tight fold. They need to mounted the same distance from the top skin on both sides.
