Finally, I squeeze all the flush rivets. I also work from the center out, so I can do two rivets at once, one on each side. My rivets are proud. I made an extra effort to have the countersinks more sunk then necessary, but after the Proseal got in there and I squeezed, many of the rivets are slightly proud. They are just so you can catch a finger nail on them. Darn. My advice is countersink these babies more. I might shave them later. Visually they are fine, but if you rub your fingernail over them it will catch.
