I'm using extra lights so I can see inside the tank. I'm also using a fan on low to blow across the Proseal station. It makes the smell of MEK and Proseal dissappear where I'm working. Works great. I'm mixing Proseal in these plastic cups and spreading it with large popcycle sticks. I'm not using a plunger, hypo or anything. Just the stick and a nail punch to spread it around. I do sand the stick ends skinnier for making the fillets along the flanges. I used 55 grams of Proseal today for one rib and that seemed to be just about the right amount. I don't want to error on the too-little side. I can see I'll have to buy another can of Proseal and more MEK before this is over.
