I've decided to make heavy use of pocket holes rather than bisquits or some fancier tongue and groove joint. Kregs Drill Guide is quick and easy to use for making pocket holes. Screws in the pockets hold wood together during glueing so you don't have to clamp and wait over night.
I've gotta make the shelves adjustable so nothing like a row of holes for shelf clips. 1/4 inch, straight and evenly spaced. Now that is easy for an airplane builder.
