Brief Description: Tail - Mount Elevators on Horizontal Stabilizer 2
The control horns cleared the spar flange where I had previously made a notch per drawing. The angle of deflection I measured with a digital level. Its a great tool. I got about +- 30 degrees. The counter balances are heavier than they need to be which is good and both elevators tip up due to the weights. Later after painting I should merely have to drill some holes in the weights to lighten them.
