Brief Description: Rudder Bottom Plastic Tip 1

Time to do the last empennage plastic tip. And this is the bottom of the rudder. I've gotta install the tail so that I can ensure the bottom of the plastic tip is in line with the bottom of the fuselage. So tail got installed.
