To get the pins/bolts out I hit them backwards with a hammer as far as I could. Then I used this curved crowbar to push them out the rest of the way. Worked okay, but this is the hardest task so far of this whole airplane building thing. Hard because it is unpredictable what will happen banging the pins out. Hard because what if you can't get them out. Hard because it seems like you are being kind of rough with the airplane. Hard because it made me sweat.
The aft spars fit snug to the fuselage.
I got the three bolts in per wing. I didn't puts nuts on. Don't need them for this part of the build.
You can see I put pipe insulation on my aileron push rod to protect this. This pipe insulation is cheap at the hardware store.
