Brief Description: Install Step 2: Match drill, Trim and Bend
Then I matched drilled the holes to the fuselage. One of the holes in the rib hit the side of an existing rivet. I'm not going to drill it out. I'm just going to rivet over it. The shop heads will interfer a little but acceptable.
Then I marked the corner to trim off and hack sawed it off. I cleaned it up with a drum sander.
I bent the corner to fit flush by using an adjustable wrench. It is not hard to bend. It bends easy and I was able to get a pretty flush fit around the curve.
