Wife Jody got involved today and helped me rivet the conical bend area. It came out pretty good. I think it was the hardest part of the fuselage to rivet due to the curve and tight spots.
I put a little blue silicon under the bottom skin on top of the conical bend to keep moisture out in the future. Just seems like rain running down the side might want to go in there.
Jody has excellent consistant timing for pulling the rivet gun trigger. I buck.
I'm getting close to turning this over. Still have to do the pilot side, the bottom skin and the firewall.
