Next task was to debur and dimple all the aileron parts. I used the DRDT-2 for most things especially the skin. I had to squeeze the dimples on the spar and ribs. And a few holes required the vise grip dimplier. I was careful to dimple both #40 and #30 where called for. I also do five (5) turns with the debur tool on the dimples on the ribs to make sure there is room to receive the skin dimples.
