Brief Description:  Tank Assy - Baffle Left Tank 1

First putting on the baffle is the hardest job so far in building this RV. I thought it would take 90 minutes. It took 5 hours. The steps are:

1) Get everything ready, Tools, Rivet squeezer and Gun, bucking bars, pulled rivet gun etc.
2) Get parts ready. Everything cleaned, MEKed, untouched, scuffed, skin, ribs, z-brackets rivets ready, baffle
3) Mix up Proseal and spread it on baffle, ribs, skins
4) Put baffle in place and cleco
5) Put z-brackets in place and cleco
6) Pop rivet baffle to ribs
7) Pop rivet z-brackets
8) Rivet gun end ribs to baffle
9) Squeeze a million rivets skin to baffle in the countersinks
10 ) Clean up

I made 88 grams of Proseal. Not enough. Needed 120.
Modified cheap rivet puller. Worked ok.
