Brief Description: Tank Assy - Capacitance Fuel Level Installation 1
I prepared the capacitance plates. I've decided to install the plates and wires before the fuel vent and return tubes. Notice I put a connector on the wire that goes to the DNC conncector because I've learned from reading other sites this makes installation easier. I put the plates in their bays, ran the wires through the holes; screwed the wire to the plate, checked clearance of the plates from the tank, and mounted them on the nylon washers. I turned the wires around the fuel vent line. It went pretty much like the directions, except I started with the inboard plate and ran the wire outboard rather than vica versa.
