Brief Description: Tank Prep - Access Hole Locate Hole Center 1
I cut out the access hole. I bought a fly cutter from Amazon for $29 bucks. It has a 1/2 inch shaft. Seems pretty beefy. I located the center of where I wanted the cut out by putting the ring on the rib and using a straight edge between holes to find the center. Then I drew a circle on the rib so I could see it.
