I ordered an interior from Aero Classic Interiors. They are fairly priced and high quality. I talked to the DAR this week and he said I should have the airplane in inspection mode with only the wing access plates, tail fairing and cowls off. No need to have it all apart. So I've decided to start adding interior parts.
First interior part I'm doing is the boot that goes around the push rod. Purpose of this boot is to keep air from blowing into the cabin. Might help with sound too.
This can be added after complete build. It goes on from the inside. Comes with plans that are easy to follow.
First an aluminum ring thing goes in the access hole. Then a couple pieces of sticky stripping go on. Then the boot zips on with zip ties.
