Quite a day. Finished up the Right HS and took apart. Started on the Left HS and it went together a little faster. Skin was tight to pull on but I managed.
Match Drilled all holes - messed up one by picking up the wrong drill bit. Drilled a #30. opps. Going to send VANS an email see what to do. Don' think it is a big thing.
Took apart the Left HS and review the plans/instructions and the 710/714 had some holes that I missed. So.... I had to put both the Right and Left HS back together and drill out those holes I missed. That only took another 4 hours or so.......
De-Burred everything and started dimpling. That went fairly fast. I dimpled everything but the skins - will do those before I rivet.
