Brief Description: Fabricating the panel plates, part 1
Up til now, I've had all the avionics in a temporary panel, but now that it's all finalized, it's time to build the real panel. I've got to take these raw aluminum plates and cut out perfect-sized holes for everything in the panel. This is nerve-racking, because my design fits so much into a small space; the tolerances are very tight and there's no room for screw-ups. Most of it is accomplished with very tedious work using the Dremel.
