Brief Description:  Wiring all EMS sensors, part 1

Now that the engine is running and all the switches are doing their job, now I wired all the engine management sensors. At the engine, this was the gear temperature, coolant temp, oil temp, and oil pressure. At the station I created to hold the fuel pumps and engine ECUs, this was wiring the fuel pressure and fuel flow sensors, along with certain engine signals such as the tach/RPM. I spent an enormous amount to time protecting all the wiring with sheathing and securing it where it couldn’t move.

I still have a few wires to connect to the Dynon EMS computer in the avionics tray, but at this point, I should be able to configure the EMS serial connection in my EFIS, start the engine, and I should start seeing certain engine statistics come up on my flight display.
