I got some aluminum panels fabricated to be able to mount the avionics and switches in, so now I can get serious about planning my panel layout. I made exact-sized cardboard cutouts of everything I have to install, and laid them out in what I think is the best configuration. I like this one a lot, but my radios still haven't come in, and this configuration is dependant on me being able to trim a quarter inch off each of their faceplates to fit in the space.
